Cuando quieres conectarte a una VPN (del trabajo por ejemplo), el personal de Movistar nunca activa la opción del ruteador (router) para poder hacerlo. Ya me ha pasado 2 veces, que es el mismo número de ruteadores que he tenido, primero un Motorola y ahora un Ubee. La primera vez que me pasó, tuve que llamar a Movistar, felizmente el operador pudo resolver el problema, no sin antes sugerir

Does anyone know how to solve the problem with VPN connection using Altice/Ubee router from Optimum? I had a chat with tech support many times. They told me that everything is enabled and nothing can block my VPN connection. And that I might have to contact the VPN service provider for this issue.
